This includes our comic book publishing, graphic novel development, digital comic distribution, online gaming platform operation, indie game development, merchandise design and sales, collectible toys, fan apparel, board games, and limited-edition art prints.

Effective Date and Revisions: These terms were last updated on October 26, 2023. We reserve the right to revise these terms periodically. Significant changes will be announced via website notice or email, allowing a reasonable period for review before becoming effective. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Scope of Terms: These conditions cover all interactions with Pixel Hearth Studios, including website usage, purchase transactions, and access to all digital entertainment services. Purchase Terms and Payment

All purchases made through the Pixel Hearth Studios website are subject to these terms. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information supplied is accurate and complete. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Order Processing: Orders are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation. An order confirmation email will be sent to the address provided. This email serves as proof of purchase. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors or discrepancies may occur; we reserve the right to correct them and notify you before order fulfillment.

Cancellations and Modifications: Orders for physical goods can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. International Orders & Customs: For international shipments, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. Digital Services and Platform Use

Pixel Hearth Studios provides diverse digital services, including online gaming platforms and AR comic applications. Your access and use of these services are subject to these terms, supplemental end-user license agreements (EULAs), and platform-specific community guidelines. We emphasize a positive and respectful community environment.

Gaming Platform Rules: Adherence to our community standards is mandatory. This includes prohibitions against cheating, harassment, unauthorized modifications, or any disruptive behavior. Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your gaming account.

AR Comic Application Terms: Use of our augmented reality applications requires compatible devices and operating systems. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the AR content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Redistribution or reverse engineering of the application is strictly prohibited.

Digital Content Licensing: Digital comic books, games, and other content are licensed, not sold. Your license grants you personal, non-commercial access to the content. It does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Resale, sharing, or public display of licensed content is expressly forbidden without prior written consent.

Account Suspension and Termination: Pixel Hearth Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our community guidelines, or any applicable laws. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, fraudulent activity, severe harassment, or repeated intellectual property infringement. Notice will generally be provided, unless immediate action is required for safety or legal compliance.

Data Backup and Service Availability: While we endeavor to maintain consistent service access and data integrity, Pixel Hearth Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted service or backup of user-generated data. It is recommended that users maintain their own backups of critical information. We are not liable for any loss of data or service disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
